Sunday 26th February show Star-Tastic Gymnastics and Powerhouse Parkour run 4 competitions in one day!
We started off with our Schools Competition. Our School gymnasts were invited to take part in a Vault and Tumbling Competition. Over the Spring term, we had been working hard on mastering their tumbling routines and jumps over the vaults.

In the first session, we also our Level 9 and 10 Elite Gymnasts competing in a mock meet as many of them are going to be starting their first season in our Elite Squads. This mock meet would give them the experience of competing in all four pieces of apparatus and they all smashed it!

It was an amazing day of competition and we also had our Powerhouse Parkour athletes and Elite gymnasts competing and their results will follow. We would like to thank everyone that took part and all of those that came along to support the gymnasts. It is great to be able to holding these regular competitions for our gymnasts to see how they have progressed.
