Sunday 3rd July saw our first recreational competition of 2022! We were so excited to invite all our school gymnasts as well as all our recreational gymnasts from Little Stars through to SuperStars to come and take part.
One exciting change we made for this competition was that every entrant was given a Star-Tastic Gymnastics Competition T-Shirt which was deisgned by two of our own gymnasts Eva and Tamzin! You can see the winning design to the right.
The first session of the competition saw our Infant Gymnasts aged 4-7 years old competiting and for many of them it was their first ever competition. We are so proud of each and every one of them for getting up in front of all of these people to compete! They had all been working hard in their classes practising their floor routines and perfecting their springboard jumps! To make it fair we had different levels so those with more experience and who are able to execute more complex moves were in a different section to those who are just starting out of their gymnastics journey.
