Over the weekend of the 26th and 27th November, Rosebery School was full of hustle and bustle as we hosted 4 competitions in one weekend!
Saturday saw some of our Trampolinists taking part, they put on a great display of their skills.

Also on Saturday we held our Parkour Chase Tag and Speed Challenge events. To remind you, Parkour Chase Tag is a game of cat and mouse where the chaser must catch his opponent (the runner) and tag them. This can be anywhere on the body as long as the body is tagged (clothing does not count). The chaser will have a set time to catch his opponent. What makes this interesting is they must battle it out on a Parkour course. The course will be built with multiple levels and platforms to use as an evasion for the runner to get away. Using their Parkour skills to outwit and evade their opponent. If the runner manages to evade the chaser, they must stay on for the next round to begin against a new opponent, exhaustion now being an additional obstacle they must overcome.

In the Speed Challenge Samuel, Bradley, Henry S and Theodore all took gold in their respective age groups.
Sunday was jammed packed full as action as our recreational gymnasts took on the Beam and Vault and our Elite and Supernova Gymnasts took on the Beam and Bars!
The first session of the recreational gymnasts saw our little competitors taking part and for many of them it was their first competition. It is such a brave thing to do to compete in front of so many people and they should be super proud of themselves!
